Refund Policy

7-day refund window
We offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have consumed less than 25% of the course material. Requests outside this window are evaluated case-by-case.
How to request a refund
Email our support team via the contact page with your order number and the reason for your request. We respond within 2 business days.
Non-refundable items
Bundles already partially completed past the 25% threshold and any course explicitly marked "final sale" at checkout are not eligible for refunds.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We resolve nearly all issues directly and far faster than the bank dispute process.
